Long-Term RV Rental Program

 Wagon Master RV Park has developed an innovative program that combines the rental of both a back-in site and RV for one price. These RVs vary in size and age but generally are between 29’ to 37’ in length and from 6 months to five years old.

Here’s a quick outline of the rental program:

• Rent is $1,350 month plus electricity. Water and sewer included.
• Minimum 3 month stay required.
• To be considered for the rental program you must pass a background check and satisfy minimum income requirements. 
• Guests must adhere to all Park Guidelines.
• $500 Security Deposit and $150 set-up fee due at signing of Rental Agreement. First month's rent must be paid at time of move-in.  
• Non-aggressive dog breeds allowed with $150 per dog non-refundable Pet Deposit. Cats allowed with $200 per cat non-refundable Pet Deposit. 
• Maintenance and repairs are included in the rent.
• Propane is available at Park at the Guest’s expense.
